Return Policy

Returns – We at CHEFLAND have gone through great lengths to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase and has committed to make your online shopping experience a safe and pleasurable one, but sometimes you just need to return an item for various reasons. We gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of seasonal items or items on specials. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@chefland.com or by calling our Toll Free Number (844) CHEFLAND (243-3526).

TIMEFRAME – Returns accepted within 30 days of when item was received.

RETURN FEE – Since we offer FREE SHIPPING the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. In the event that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost. No questions asked. Please contact our dedicated staff and they will provide you with a prepaid return label.

RESTOCKING FEE – No restocking fees charged for items branded by CHEFLAND. CHEFLAND reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% restocking fee for items from other brands or other suppliers.

REFUND – Your full refund will be given as ‘Money Back’. We will refund you with the same payment method you used when you purchased your item at www.chefland.com. In the event that there will be a restocking fee, the fee will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELING AN ORDER – Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If your order has not yet been processed it will be canceled and NO FEE shall apply. If your order has been processed, please see our Return Policy.

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING – CHEFLAND is privileged to announce that all of our items are shipped for free. Free. At no additional cost added.

SHIPPING ADDRESS – To avoid all kinds of fraud we at CHEFLAND prefer to ship all orders to your direct billing address. However we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you choose to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, please contact us and we will do the best of our ability to assist you in this matter.

PO BOXES – Sorry. But we do not deliver to Post Offices. Our carrier guarantee does not cover any packages delivered to P.O. Boxes so we will refrain from shipping items to any PO Boxes. Please understand that it is our concern to make your experience at CHEFLAND.com as safe as possible.

STANDARD SHIPPING – Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with the exception of custom or over-sized items. We ship with UPS and the United States Postal Service. In keeping with our commitment of great service to our customers, we will choose the method of delivery based on what we determine is the most effective and least expensive. Once item is shipped out you will get an email notification with your order tracking number. In the event that there is an unexpected delay in the shipping or processing of an order, we will notify you via e-mail.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Many of our items can be offered to our customers as fast as Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day shipping. Please contact us to see if this option is available, as there are some items, due to size and/or destination, which cannot be expedited. Please take into account that it takes some time to process an order. Expedited shipping only applies to the actual shipping itself. Any promotional shipping offers apply to standard shipping only.

TRACKING – Once an order has been processed, you shall receive an e-mail from CHEFLAND containing all shipping and tracking information. You can also log in to our website with your user ID and password and track your package in the My Account section. If you forgot your password, simply click on Forgot Password and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – We at CHEFLAND.com apologize for the inconvenience it may cause you. But we do not currently ship international.

Sales Tax

As CHEFLAND is located in New York State, we are required by law to collect sales tax on all deliveries within NY State. The NY State sales tax rate is currently 8.875%. CHEFLAND does not collect sales tax on orders shipping anywhere outside of New York State.


PAYMENTS ARE DUE – At CHEFLAND your card will NOT be charged until the order is ready to ship. Once it is ready to be shipped out to you –our dear customer- we will charge your card. Please understand us as we cannot send out your order until full payment is received.

Payment Methods

PAYMENT METHODS – CHEFLAND accepts the following payments from our US residents:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, processed through our secure FidelyPay (USA E-pay) gateway.
  • Personal or Cashier’s Checks: Drawn on a US bank only. We ship your purchase after the funds have cleared, which usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • PayPal: Pay directly from your PayPal account. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as “ILH Sales Inc.”

PAYMENT METHODS WE DO NOT ACCEPT – For your security and safety, we unfortunately do not accept ACH and wire transfers.

Product Availability

AVAILABILITY – Although not all supplies displayed are in stock, we do maintain a large inventory of in-stock items ready to ship the same day (for orders placed till 2:00 PM EST) or next business day. If an item is not in stock we can generally source it for delivery within a relatively short period of time, such as 3-4 business days. However, some of our products must be special ordered and may take longer to come in. We will notify you an estimated delivery time within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. If your order is time sensitive, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order, to confirm availability. Should there be a delay in delivery we will notify you as soon as possible.

BACKORDERS – All orders are subject to inventory on-hand. Back orders will be cancelled unless specifically requested by the customer
